About Just Wash It Property Services

First of all as the founder of Just Wash It Property Services let me introduce myself. My name is Jeromy Hoxie and I was born and raised in the Niagara Region. Just Wash It Property Services was established in June 2019 when a small business plan soon sprung into reality. Let's go back a few years to 2018. I was working for an amazing company setting up wedding & corporate events. It was fun but definatly not fulfilling. I wanted to build something for my family's future and create a company that I could be excited about. A company that goes above and beyond our customers expectations. I saw a real need to properly clean and maintain the exterior of our properties here in the Niagara Region. We invest huge amounts into property only to see it slowly degraded and destroyed by the elements. Everyone either lives or works in a building that deserves to be clean! Just Wash It Property Services employs an amazing team, they not only know there stuff when it comes to our craft but are genuinely good people to be around. It means that when you use us you can rest assured that your property will be under the greatest level of care and treated as our own. At our core we are a customer service company.
